​EFT, also known as “Tapping”, is part of a growing field of Energy Psychology approaches that combine elements of modern psychology with gentle body-based techniques to support emotional healing and wellbeing.

 At Natura Healing Therapies, I use EFT Tapping in Cork to support people experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, panic attacks, trauma-related stress, negative thinking, low self-esteem and many other emotional challenges.

During an EFT session, we gently explore what you are experiencing while using light tapping on specific points of the body. This process can help calm the nervous system, release emotional stress and create a greater sense of safety, balance and emotional wellbeing.

One of the beautiful aspects of EFT is that we do not need to suppress or fight our emotions. Instead, we gently acknowledge what is present with compassion and without judgement, allowing space for healing and transformation to happen naturally.
