Holistic Counselling in Cork
"The wound is the place where the Light enters you"
Rumi
There comes a time in our life when we have suffered enough and a part of us says "There must be another way!!". If you are reading this, maybe this is your time.
When that happens, taking the first step to reach out takes a lot of courage, because we are at our most vulnerable. We need someone that can provide a sacred, non-judgemental space, where one can be listened to in complete confidentiality and confidence with empathy and compassion.
I was there once and I can hear your anguish and pain. One thing I learned on my journey to healing is that sometimes we need more than talk therapy. Repeating what happened to us, who hurt us and re-living the traumatic experiences again and again can actually retraumatize us.
A different approach is necessary. I learned that Awareness (knowing ourselves) plus learning tools that can help us when anxiety, negative emotions, unwanted thoughts or physical pain "hit" again is what makes the difference between making it through the day or not; and the difference between feeling out-of-control or feeling in-control. Between feeling a "victim of the circumstances" or being empowered by our own actions.
Holistic Counselling helps to empower you by unlocking those limiting beliefs and thoughts that are blocking you to realize the life that you deserve.
During the session I will help you to uncover the inbalances in the belief system and restore harmony. We will explore the power of your thoughts and we will use a whole range of powerful techniques and Spiritual Principles to help you uncover greater good in any challenging situation you might be experiencing.
Holistic Counselling can very helpful with:
-Relationship Problems
-Health Issues
-Career and Work related situations
-Stress and Anxiety
-Understanding Emotional reactions
-Unlocking Habitual Patterns
And much, much more...
